Actually SiLabs specifies only 100 volt caps in their App notes.
The ProSlic regulates the dc/dc converter voltage very good, so 94.5 volts
is
still 5.5% below the nominal capacitor voltage whch should work fine.

That's fine, the SiLabs guy writing the appnote probably specced 150V
caps..  :-)  Mind you I bet you could break out the soldering iron and fix
that problem anyway...
