[Asterisk-Dev] DTMF digits relay with Quintum to Oh323 version 0.5.10

dtmf works from quintum to asterisk using inband dtmf in g711 alaw.
i have not tested dtmf from * to quintum. i think it might work.

btw, the "dtmf timeout" problem in call transfers exist in all of our
h323 clients. might be a chan_h323 thingie...
