I think the ans here is it depends
if the client side script was static cmd eg. simply go off hook send dtmf
and the result of the acion was a series of dialplan actions in
extensions.conf
ok no issues but ...
if the client side script requires interaction that can only be
accomplished
by generating a run time interface in the phone by sending svr side
fsk adsi cmd to the phone, then actually run the installed client side
script or ..
to install a different UI like display parked calls dynamically and
allow you to select the correct parked ext from a pick list on the adsi lcd
etc then no you need both svr/client and for more meaning full purposes
this is more likely the case
