[Asterisk-Dev] Getting URL to IAX Client Agent

It should be pretty easy to add URL support to libiaxclient; It only 
took me about 20 minutes to add support for TEXT frames.

Jean-Denis:  are you building your client based on iaxclient?  If not, 
why not?
