[Asterisk-Dev] Skype support

There could not be any plans as the Skype protocol is proprietary at the
moment.  I would think you need to contact Skype, work out a contract, sign
an NDA, and then you could think about working on it, if it weren't for the
license for Asterisk probably getting in conflict with the Skype license.
