[Asterisk-Dev] Reading channel variables in other channels

It would be nice to have read-only access the namespace of another channel 
with extension logic. 

A builtin app such as GetChanVar(otherchannel, $localcopy=$otherchannelvar) 
would be handy in cases where you have a 3-way call and need to access the 
channel variables in the primary logical channel while you are connected to 
the secondary logical channel.

Maybe the prioirty could be channged to 101 if otherchannel isn't active
as well.
