[Asterisk-Dev] IAX Conferencing (3-way calling) Patch

I just posted a patch to bugs with a patch (hack?) to add user-level
conferencing.  I will be releasing a version of IAX Phone that includes
support for this feature tonight or tomorrow.

Basically, this allows you to conference at the click of a button:

1.  Start with an active call.
2.  Place that call on hold.
3.  Dial a new call.
4.  When the new call is established, press CONF.
5.  All parties are bridged together in a private meet-me.
