[Asterisk-Dev] HEAD - Advanced voicemail behaviour change

while i've seen many different implementations, the most consistent 
(and logical to me) seems to be:

1 = rewind a few seconds
11 = start at beginning of message
3 = fast forward a few seconds
33 = go to end
7 = delete
9 = save

where usually either 7 or 9 can be pressed at any time during the 
message to delete or save then go to the next message.
