That's mostly right, but you can contribute all you want... There are a
number of projects that integrate to the * source but are not disclaimed.
All this means is that it can't be included in the main * tree, but rather
has to be distributed sepoarately by you or somebody else.  For voicemail
though, it would  be a bit of a waste ;)

It may be legal but it is not right, and people should be allowed to
contribute code to the open source project without allowing Digum the
legal right to steal it as well.
