[Asterisk-Dev] Metmee and Video Support

Basicly NOTHING, it used to set the conference into linear mode, but Mark
changed it so it like that by default, don't know what it does really.

I know for a fact that I am in my setup, but the v parameter doesn't seem to
make much of a difference anyway. What is that supposed achieve anyway ?
