[Asterisk-Dev] Has anyone built Asterisk on OSX/Darwin recently?

it built out of the box a while ago but now there seems to
a header file missing, ie byteswap.h referenced by
aesopt.h.

further gethostbyname_r (called by ast_gethostbyname)
seems to be undefined.

this is on OSX 10.3.4 with CVS of last weekend.

any ideas?
