Use 'AddQueueMember'.

Dynamically adds queue members
[Description]:
AddQueueMember(queuename[|interface]):
Dynamically adds interface to an existing queue
Returns -1 if there is an error.
Example: AddQueueMember(techsupport|SIP/3000)
