It wasn't in an Asterisk box. The surrounding LEC required the circuits
to be T1 CAS MF, ESF/B8ZS. We had to submit requests to each county,
that supported E911 services, for approval even before the LEC turned up
the circuits. These circuits tie into each Tandem switch in the lata you
wish to offer E911.
