[Asterisk-Dev] Second leg randomly dropping in Digium T1

I have a T1 card connected to PSTN trunk, E&M wink signalling.  I have noticed that second leg, both in normal call through asterisk as well as in conferecne calls, drops randomly within first 2 minutes. 

Most commonly observed phenomenon is the following:
    Party 1 calls and joins conference
    Party 2 calls and joins conference
    Party 2 gets dropped in first 2 minutes (Many times, not always)
    Party 2 calls again and joins conference. Everything is fine. 

Anyone any ideas what could be happening? I am inclined to rule out the PSTN line problem, as this behavior happened even when I changed the trunk. Our system is supposed to go live as soon as this problem is fixed.

We are also in the process of building a system with Quad T1 card, which has been put on hold until this problem is resolved.
