Like the size and time, you can control this via your dial plan.
Simply lookup if the conference # is valid in your database, then lookup
the time and size before putting people in there.

With dynamic conferences, the user can just enter *any* room number and
a conference will be created for that number. I will instead be using
meetme.conf to control which rooms are available at any one time.
