With the recent addition of apps such as app_read I am now needing to ask which is better for certain scenarios. Lets say you are a bank setting up "dial your account info". In your dialplan, is it more efficient to have 10 or so lines that call a bunch of apps/db queries or 1 exten line that calls an AGI? -Matthew
