[Asterisk-Dev] WARNING[22314]: No such switch 'Realtime'

I'm here for you Brian. =) I try and read up on bugs every few days and
sometimes im shocked that people post bugs before posting on -users or -dev.
It also strikes me as odd that the drivers 'dont' work in harmony since they
don't interact with eachother.
On a side note, I noticed the new ODBC code that was added to app_voicemail
to allow the storage of the sound files in the database. I wanted to write
the native MySQL version of that but then it dawned on me that adding db
specific code back into apps negates having RealTime.
