[Asterisk-Dev] a modest proposal

(1) convert asterisk-dev into an alias to asterisk-users 

(2) make a new developers list

(3) add code to the current asterisk head in cvs that
	will create a command to generate a subscription
	key for the new developers list.  exclude
	that code in any pre-built distribution...

	That way only folks that can at least get code
	from CVS and build it can post to the new dev
	list.


Ok, I know, it was silly :)
