[Asterisk-Dev] TDM400P FXS polarity reversal / coin control

There's a BR-FXS module for the Carrier Access channel banks.  I saw
one on ebay on the cheap not too long ago, for the ABII (which is also
dirt cheap, but you'll need the DB-26 management cable.  My CLEC gave
me one).
