[Asterisk-Dev] ZAP Channel Maxout.

As i still didnt do any load testing on TDMoE on asterisk, i can't 
really tell for sure but i'm pretty sure it will blow up in your face if 
you try to handle 4800 simultaneous channels.

I also dont think the 20 pri / machine is a very good idea.... at least 
not on an out of the box asterisk.
