[Asterisk-Dev] ZAP Channel Maxout.

This is our first attempt at this,  We are wanting to do this, but are 
not sure if it is even possible.

An earlier replay indicates that the /dev/zap limit may not be a problem.
If it is not, then we will be trying it.

I will defiantly post more as I have more.

I already know, from pre-testing, that the Ethernet line can have no 
other traffic on it.
Which means that it has to have an IP address of 0.0.0.0.
