[Asterisk-Dev] ZAP Channel Maxout.

Using slave * boxes and TDMoE.
Each slave will have 5 4-port T1 Cards (20 T1's/BOX -or- 480 lines/box)
We will have 10 slaves.

For a grand total of 4800 Lines.
This method was chosen for administrative ease.
