The card is basically a winmodem. A PCI bus interface with a Direct
Access Arrangement (DAA) behind it.

for the DAA.
The PCI bus interface chips on the variations of the card should all be
compatible in that they support the PCI standard the same way.
However the DAA should be consistent between the Digium card variations
and the acceptable clones, i.e. a Silicon Labs DAA. Am I right about
that group?
