[Asterisk-Dev] How do I use app_test?

I've added app_test with the assistance of Russell Bryant to help diagnose
these sorts of situations.  I can definitely measure a surprising mismatch
between FXS -> FXO and FXO -> FXS paths using this tool, but it certainly
provides no explanation as to why on a T1 one would still have a problem.
It would, however, be possible to use this on a T1 performing a round trip
test.

Any suggestions on how to use it?
