[Asterisk-Dev] low level chan sip call control option

? does the new chan_sip2 offer a way to script or otherwise dictate
  sip call control.. doing b2bua  for example
 
for example 
                  send INVITE
                  do something then..then
                  send OK (with values x,y,z)
                  do...
                  send BYE
 
 
basically take control of the SIP communications ..using chan_sip2 to 
build the sip messages as desired ?
