[Asterisk-Dev] How to use more PCI Cards with FXO/FXS in case that TDMoE doesn't work

You could accomplish this with a single 4 port E1 card.

use a channel bank for the 16 FXS and 12 FXO, and the second E1 directly to 
the supplier.

Single PCI slot used for a 4 port T1/E1 card from digium.
