[Asterisk-Dev] Change in #define ADSI_KEY_APPS

Does anyone know the reasons behind this change in adsi.h made on March
20th?

-#define ADSI_KEY_APPS	16	/* 16 to 33 reserved for applications */
-
+#define ADSI_KEY_APPS	20	/* 16 to 33 reserved for applications */
+				/* Changed to 20 by MDH */

I ask because it is causing a bug in Comedian Mail's ADSI functionality and would like to understand the change before I attempt to fix the bug.
