[Asterisk-Dev] what's the difference between ast_waitstream and ast_waitstream_full

Hi, 

I just want to figure out why in the file.c there are 
ast_waitstream and ast_waitstream_full, and also I
checked the code, so far no place use
ast_waitstream_full, if no place use it, why the r
there.
