More clearly, refer to:
http://www.freeplaymusic.com/licensing/ratecard.php
At the bottom (almost last item) it has:
Music on Hold
Call or Email for a quote

So, is this one file absolutely free, or do we still need to contact
them (each and every asterisk user) for a quote?

I would assume, that regardless of how the files are received, the
actual usage of the files are restricted by their licensing/etc. Which
means regardless of the fact it was received by a cvs update, you must
still contact them, and pay them, for using their music.

Of course, IANAL, but it seems that if this is really the case, then the
file should be removed from CVS, and any 'credits' should be removed. Of
course, their details could (and should) be listed on the wiki as a MoH
source.

Adam
