[Asterisk-Dev] Request for Testing - Bug 1483

Hello Dev!

    This is a request for testing and input on bug 1483, for possible 
inclusion in CVS.  The voice prompts that are used are set to be 
re-recorded, so this is something we're already aware of.  Otherwise, 
 I'm open to comments, suggestions, and any cleanup tips you might 
provide.   Mark wanted to commit this last night, but I wanted to get 
the opinion of the development list, and other users as well.
