[Asterisk-Dev] how to implement Transfer

Hi, there,

I'm trying to implement Transfer feature on my UA application, I checked
with 
cisco's 7960 document, it seems that cisco using BYE(Also header) to
implement
It, also somebody said Refer can be used to achieve it?

will anybody like to take some time to answer this question for me?
any advice is really appreciated!
