Current CVS head.

... But never mind. I figured out what's wrong and I'm about to complain to 
the SIP endpoint vendor.

In short:
Cseq values were not following RFC 3261 specs which says REGISTER requests 
with same Call-id, should increment Cseq by _one_ for each request sent.
