[Asterisk-Dev] chan_h323 rewrite

Why rewriting?
Why change a team that is winning?
In the past I have problem of incompatibility with another device(Planet
VIP 400) using G729... and I took almost a year to be discovered... until
a great guy fixed that with one line.
So.. again, why change a team that is winning?
