As stated yesterday I gave the 11b another test overnight.

This time it worked as well as the 100baseT.

When it was failing, the laptop had been up and connected to the ap
for several days with a bursty stream of data the entire time that
averaged about 16kbps to the laptop and 4kbps from the laptop.

Perhaps over time the link degraded....
