Digium, the sponsor of the project, is the only organization that can
provide commercial licenses for Asterisk.  If you need to license Asterisk
outside of the GPL, you should contact the sales team at Digium.  The email

How do you plan to use Asterisk?  The GPL restricts you from selling the
code, but many people have commercial products that use Asterisk.  If you
are a VoIP service provider, you can generally use Asterisk within the
confines of the GPL.  Greg Vance (the sales manager) and/or Mark Spenser
(the creator of Asterisk) can help you determine which license you will
need.
