FYI,

for a local project I enhanced voicemail2.c such that it can use
PostgreSQL instead of MySQL. (using a compile-time flag, just as
the MySQL support is done right now.)

[I'm not really done testing it (e.g. how the code reacts to a 
loss of the DB connection), then I'll post the diff to 
bugs.digium.com.[

I'm certainly interested in removing the -DUSEXXXSQL defines
and replacing it by something more scalable.
