[Asterisk-Dev] Possible to add a cvs commit check to require a BUG ID, if required

To all who have cvs commit access

Would it be possible to require the bug id#, to be assigned to the
all commits, that are bugs.digium.com related, 

It helps me to learn by seeing the fixs for a specific Bug ID.
by doing a version diff...

I do see some Bugs ID in the commit notes but they are not consistent :)
