[Asterisk-Dev] app_festival doesn't use Zaptel timeing

The app_festival doesn't appear to use Zaptel timing.

Both app_festival and res_musiconhold seem to exec an external process
and real the raw audio and passes it to the connected audio channel.

Should app_festival use Zaptel timing?

Is there any info in addition to the source code that might help me
patch app_festival to use Zaptel timing (assuming that it needs it)?
