The chaps have it so it just builds and installs fine.
There's no zaptel hardware, of course, but for a pure
IP PBX it's fine.

Apart from D/L from cvs, all I did was the usual fix to the
bug in chan_sip.c that's been around for a long time (but
that's not OS-specific). Then make, make install, make samples
(and copy over your favourite *.conf fines) and you're done.
