Argh. I mistakenly gave you some misinformation. The 'iax2:' should
not be there at all. It doesn't get replaced, it is considered part
of the string -- hence the username. I had fixed this in my local 
setup, but forgotten. So it should be 'user:passwd at iax2host/\\1/context'
and similarly throughout.
