[Asterisk-Dev] Hardware advice required

I am trying to setup asterisk to function as a soho pbx, to
start with voicemail, call blocking, call intercept, follow me.

I currently have one POTS line coming in and I also have an
external SIP proxy that can interact with the PSTN.

I do not care for internal extensions. 

What HW do I need to accomplsih the setup above?
