[Asterisk-Dev] More IAX tests with different codecs

Interesting since I have been able to get 14.4 modem conenctions across
both IAX and IAX2 connections with G711 and zapata devices, even with a
17 hop internet connection between asterisk boxes. Seems if IAX itself
was a problem then that would fail quickly. Maybe it is something SIP
related.
