[Asterisk-Dev] chan_capi version 0.2.0 released

Hi ISDN folks,

thanks to Andre Bierwirth we now have DID support in 
chan_capi version 0.2.0. It also adds two new CLI commands
(capi debug , capi no debug) to get rid of all those messages
during normal usage.

I changed the format of chan_capi frames from signed linear
to alaw/mulaw. This should bring a bit more performance and  less
latency, and could even help with some echo issues.
