[Asterisk-Dev] Possible Bug in [SIP,MOH]

I should add, by the way, that we now have Malcolm running on a 7960 here,
courtesy of Vonage who kindly has loaned some 7960's and ATA's for us to
use here at Digium to make sure we're supporting things well.
