[Asterisk-Dev] compile error asterisk-oh323

Hello,

I am trying to install asterisk-oh323 from 
http://www.inaccessnetworks.com/projects/asterisk-oh323/

I am having similar problem with compiling. Is it that we need to use
new version of compiler?

Can anyone suggest some ideas
