[Asterisk-Dev] Reproducable hardcore segf in libpri, please confirm

Yes I am running current CVS on my development system and the problem
persisted until I rebuild libpri from scratch and installed it.  I believe
the problem was there are no dependancies in libpri so if one of the
headers gets modified make doesn't know that so it doesn't rebuild all the
objects.
