There isn't very much different than using it for channelized T1. Tell
libpri and zaptel which channels have D signaling on them and which
channels have B signaling on them. Then configure your incoming context
to have an exten for each of your incoming phone numbers. Don't forget
to set your CallerID before making a outbound call.
