[Asterisk-Dev] Recomended GSM channel banks for use with E1 WC

Hi Guys

I have the need to interconnect an Asterisk box with a GSM provider via an E1 
channel bank.

I have a Digium E1 card already and I am looking for recommendations for which  
GSM channel bank I should buy.

In particular (if such a thing exists) I am looking for a GSM channel bank 
that will pass the on/off hook and call answer signals correctly though to 
the E1 signaling. 

It will be used for push notification so it is important to know when a call 
has actually been answered. (Analog channel banks often don't provide this 
info)

I am aware of the other issues that have been discussed on this list 
previously regarding answer machines etc but they are not such a big problem 
in this instance.
