[Asterisk-Dev] cdr update patch

Hi Mark and all others,

this is a litlle patch for updating the cdr if the "immediate" option is
"yes" in the zapata.conf.
Bacause, if the "immidiate" option is "yes" then the first extension is
matching is "s", i think. Then, if you make a call, because you have
something like exten => s,1,Background(blah) and the pbx match another
extension the cdr will never be updated. The destination extension is always
"s". That's, and bacause the "ast_cdr_update" function never be used, why i
made the little patch.

please, i think this is a very small bug, but for me it is relative
important that the cdr will be updated.
And i hope this is the right area in the code where i placed the
"ast_cdr_update".
