I have tried to follow this thread completely, and so I hope I didn't 
miss things somewhere (my daily spam cleaning takes longer than my mail 
reading now, and sometimes the babies go out with the bathwater):

Is it not correct that LECs have to deliver CallerID to the called party 
*always* in the case of 800 numbers?

I have been told that, and it seems to be true so far with the 800 
numbers I use.

Just want to be sure.
